Ruth Baranowski bought her first house in Colorado Springs in 1996, and that home purchase led to a lifetime love of real estate. She purchased her first duplex in 2005 and has been investing ever since along Colorado’s Front Range corridor, from Denver to south of Pueblo. She also called Crestone home for a decade.
Ruth is experienced in land purchases and parcel consolidations in Crestone’s Baca Grande subdivision and can provide valuable insight into vacation home and investment property purchases. She owned and managed her vacation home rentals in Crestone for several years and loved hosting guests from all over the world who were drawn to this stunning location.
When she’s not working to advance renewable energy or help people find the mountain properties of their dreams, Ruth can be found enjoying incredible Colorado landscapes with her family (including rescue dogs) and a camera in her hand. The Great Sand Dunes National Park is one of her favorite places on earth, and she’s always excited to talk to newcomers about it and other magical places in the San Luis Valley.
Ruth has a B.A. in mass communications from Colorado State University-Pueblo and an M.S. in technical communications from the University of Colorado-Denver. She pursued her Realtor’s license to help others realize their real estate dreams.
